In the Middle

This sweet girl is solidly in the middle of tweendom, and this picture captures it so well:

Here we are at the ballet with a new hole in her mouth where she lost a tooth that morning. The whole way their and back, she played me songs from her playlist and chatted about school, and then I watched her really study the ballet. She picks up on so much, and I love listening to her thoughts about what she has seen.

I couldn't love this sweet girl and the young woman she is becomming any more.
