I am still in the throes of unpacking from a fabulous celebration weekend in Ohio! I've been out of blogland for a few days, so brace yourself for a long one!
Look at that happy boy at his train birthday with Daddy's side of the family!
Have you noticed this boy loves cake? This is the puppy dog cake Nana made for him. My college mentor and good friend laughs about how many cakes my children have for their birthday; for those counting, he's had four.
And a stunning big sister made an appearance at the puppy party. This picture truly takes my breath away. She looks like a little doll.
Evan's very own dog house! Aunt Shannon works miracles with brown paper.
And...as an added bonus...we managed to get a new family picture! These kids are just growing way too fast!
No weekend at Nana and Papa's would be complete without a silly string fight. The tradition started on New Year's a couple of year's ago, and this weekend it actually move outside.
Too fun...
...Evan still needs a little help, which Daddy was happy to provide.
Issa can do it all by herself, though, and she's got pretty good aim! It was a fabulous weekend, and I'm so grateful for the time with family.
