Why not?

This morning, we are enjoying the remnants of Tropical Storm Emily. No thunder, lightning, or wind, but we are seeing a ton of rain. We were watching from inside, but a certain girl decided it needed to be enjoyed a bit differently:
When the puddles are that impressive, I can't blame her. Evan wanted nothing to do with it, but Issa is loving the rain:

I love that my girl is just as comfortable in a downpour as she is in a frilly dress. Quite a kid, this one!
