Day 192: A Spooky Porch

We decorated the inside of our house a few weeks ago, but our HOA won't allow Halloween decorations outside until October 1, which aggravates Issa to no end. Alas, we had to wait until we got home Sunday to decorate the front porch.

Issa is particularly proud of the snake winding down the banister. 

And Brad is particularly proud of this raven welcoming everyone to come in:

Characters from Brad and Issa's favorite Halloween movie holding my sweet harvest pillow. They made a coat hanger skeleton to get Jack to sit up, and Issa worked long and hard to get Oogey's head at just the right angle to be talking with Jack. I'm sure more will appear on the porch, but as long as they keep giggling as they are doing it I couldn't care less.
