Last night was Evan's turn to cook! For the first time, he ran the whole show; I handed him the recipe and sat down:
Thankfully I had reviewed the recipe, though, because he almost confused a teaspoon for a tablespoon. The end result was buffalo stuffed sweet potatoes with a homemade ranch drizzle:I was the only one who liked them. I think our avocado was a little over-ripe, and you really needed it to cut the heat. He was undaunted, though! He's already planning what he will make next week.
